This website is operated by Revayo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16499961. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Revayo Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use this website and purchase from us.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our website, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase products. To place an order you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that the information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.

2. Our products

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities offered to any person or region.

3. Food supplement disclaimer

• Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the MHRA or any medical authority.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
• Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

4. Allergen and manufacturing statement

While we take care to avoid allergen contamination, our products are manufactured in facilities that may handle milk, eggs, gluten, soy, nuts and sulphites. If you have allergies, please read all labels carefully and consult a doctor if you are uncertain.

5. Product suitability

It is your responsibility to determine whether our products are suitable for you. Revayo Ltd is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by allergies, interactions with medication, or misuse of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive payment before an order is accepted. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of ordering. You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

7. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). The price shown at checkout is the total price payable, including delivery. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. Where a promotion has its own terms and those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern.

8. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control. For full details see our Shipping Policy. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are not delivered within a reasonable time.

9. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — including where the pouch has been opened and used. Full details, and your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you are entering into an ongoing subscription. The following applies:

• Frequency and price. Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you select at checkout. The discounted subscription price shown applies to each order for as long as the subscription remains active.
• Payment. Your first payment is taken when you place the order. Each subsequent payment is taken automatically on the renewal date using the payment method stored with your subscription. Please keep those details up to date.
• Cancelling, skipping and amending. You can cancel, skip a delivery, or change the frequency or delivery address at any time before your next renewal, either from your account or by emailing info@revayo.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal. It does not cancel an order already dispatched, but that order remains covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Ending a subscription from our side. We may end a subscription if payment fails repeatedly, if the product is discontinued, or if we are otherwise unable to supply it. We will tell you if this happens and refund any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil.

11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information, or cancel an affected order, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. If we cancel an order for this reason we will refund you in full.

12. Reviews and feedback

If you submit any reviews, ideas, suggestions, feedback or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium, including for marketing purposes. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material. You may not submit Feedback under a false identity or misrepresent your connection to us. We may, but are not obliged to, edit or remove Feedback at our discretion.

13. Intellectual property

All content, branding, designs, packaging, trademarks, logos and text on this website are owned by Revayo Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. FORTIGEL® is a registered trademark of GELITA AG, used under licence. These Terms permit you to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit material from the site without our prior written consent.

14. Third-party tools and links

The site may provide access to third-party tools and may link to websites operated by third parties. We do not monitor or control these and provide access "as is" without warranty or endorsement. If you leave our site to access third-party materials, you do so at your own risk, and you should review that third party's own terms and policies. Complaints or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.

15. Relationship with Shopify

This website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Revayo Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Revayo Ltd, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

16. Prohibited uses

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame or harm any person; to transmit false or misleading information; to send unsolicited advertising or spam; to impersonate any other person or entity; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to scrape, spider or crawl the site; or to interfere with or circumvent its security features.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at our discretion if we determine that you have breached these Terms. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. The sections covering intellectual property, reviews and feedback, liability, indemnity, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive, will continue to apply after termination.

18. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. Subject to the above, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for loss arising from your use of the products otherwise than as directed.

If you are a business customer, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of this site or our products.

19. Indemnity

If you are a business customer, you agree to indemnify Revayo Ltd, its directors, employees and affiliates against any claim, loss or reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the site.

20. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including pandemics, strikes, war, fire, flood, supply chain disruption or government restrictions.

21. Product information and marketing

All product information on this site is provided for general information purposes only and is not medical advice. We aim to describe our products accurately and to market them in line with UK requirements for food supplements, including FSA, ASA and CAP guidance. If you believe anything on this site is inaccurate or misleading, please tell us at info@revayo.co.uk and we will review it promptly.

22. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at info@revayo.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

23. Changes to these Terms

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace any part of them by posting changes here. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them. Changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already placed.

24. Entire agreement, severability and waiver

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of it.

25. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
