Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to try Revayo Prime properly. If you are not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund -  even if you have opened the pouch and used it. You do not need to give a reason.

To start a return, email info@revayo.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm the next steps within one working day, including whether the item needs to be sent back to us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@revayo.co.uk and we will replace it or refund you in full. We cover return postage in these cases.

How refunds are issued

Once your return is confirmed, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, contact us at info@revayo.co.uk.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal, either from your account or by emailing info@revayo.co.uk. Cancelling stops all future orders. Any order already dispatched is covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Separately from our 30-day guarantee, if you are a consumer in the UK you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than this statutory right and is offered in addition to it. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
