Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re a small team & genuinely care about our customers. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ll always try to help — fairly and reasonably.

If you need to start a return, email us at info@revayo.co.uk and include your order number.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@revayo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review and get back to you within 2 working days.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exclusions

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used items.
  • Items not purchased directly through revayo.co.uk.
