Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

UK Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): FREE on all UK orders
• Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee

All orders include full tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD. We aim for secure, reliable delivery every time.

Delivery Delays

Delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather, or peak demand). We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and help resolve any issues quickly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur additional charges for redelivery.
